Delivery Information

All deliveries are made to the Service Level/Dock Area (located on Walnut Street). All vendors, contractors, couriers, and any service personnel are required to sign in and out and show picture ID at all times. 

The building must have a copy of the service company’s insurance certificate to obtain access to the site. Insurance certificate requirements is available here.

Building Information

BUILDING HOURS
The building is unlocked from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday except for holidays. Seven (7) days per week, Security is on site 24 hours a day. After-hours access is obtained by following the sign-in procedures with the Console Desk located in the 3rd Floor Lobby. A Photo ID (driver’s license) is required.

The JLL Management Office at Bank of America Plaza will observe the following holidays:

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the building’s hours of operation?
The building is unlocked from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday except for holidays. Seven (7) days per week, Security is on site 24 hours a day. What are the management office hours?
The Management Office is open from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday except for holidays.  This office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

How do I contact the Management Office after normal business hours?
For your convenience, the main office number, (314) 436-3001, is answered by the building Console desk after hours and on weekends.  If there is an emergency, the Console Operator will call the appropriate Management/Engineering personnel.  If you desire to leave a message for someone in the management office, the Console Operator can forward you to the proper extension.  ​
​What are the ways I can submit a service request or a work order?

What are the miscellaneous services provided by the building to tenants at an additional cost?
The following is a list of some of the services provided to tenants at an additional cost:

What hours does HVAC run and am I able to request extended HVAC?
The building provides HVAC from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday except legal holidays.  Any tenant requiring HVAC beyond these hours can enter their service request online by clicking here or by calling the Management Office at (314) 436-3001.  All after hours HVAC is at an additional charge and must be requested at least 24-hours in advance of service or 48-hours for the weekends.

How often does our office space get cleaned?
The building is cleaned on a nightly basis, Monday through Friday, except on legal holidays. For more information, or to request additional services, please contact Building Management at (314) 436-3001.
How can names be added and/or removed from the building directory?
To request a change to your company’s directory information, click here to submit an online request, and/or feel free to contact the Management Office directly at (314) 436-3001.

When the power goes out, what do I do?
If you experience a power outage, please contact the Management Office immediately at (314) 436-3001.  If it is after hours, your call will go directly to the Console Desk for assistance.
When an incident occurs (i.e., someone slips and falls or has a medical emergency), what do I do?
If required, contact the appropriate medical authorities and then contact the Management Office.  The Management staff will be able to promptly dispatch personnel to ensure that the medical authorities are directed to your space as quickly as possible, as well as, to ensure that an elevator is immediately available for the medial authorities use.  After the emergency is handled, or in the case that it does not require medical attention or transportation, an incident report must be filed with the Security Director.

Where should deliveries be directed and at what timeframe are deliveries permitted?
All deliveries should be directed to the loading dock.  All major moves/deliveries must be scheduled with the management office and are on a first come, first served basis.  Access forms from the tenant and a current certificate of insurance from the mover are required prior to the delivery or pickup being approved by the Management Office. (Please refer to the building rules and regulations for further details).
What elevators should delivery personnel utilize?
All deliveries must utilize the building freight elevator;  no deliveries will be permitted to use the passenger elevators. ​
